ITV Fest 2015

I went! I brought my wife as we used the weekend away from kids to celebrate her birthday, which I'm contractually not allowed to discuss the age my wife has turned. It's a thing! So we drove about 3 hours to West Dover, Vermont. Some of you ski aficionados will know this area well. It's around Mt. Snow.

Trans-Candidate had two screenings. One on Friday night, which had about 10 people attend and then Sunday afternoon which had about 15-20. People seemed to enjoy it. I don't like watching my work with an audience primarily because it's not a pleasing experience for me. While I would hear chuckles and laughs at the right time, I'm always looking at my mistakes and that's bothersome.

But I suffered through. Along with my screening, the festival held several panels on a variety of topics from writing to signing talent and the process of a casting agent. All very informative, even if I didn't agree with some of the analysis from the panelists.

I'd love to go back. I'd love to have something else to submit. We shall see what the next 12 months has in store.

Here's a pic of me and the MOO-ver!
